Aviator Hotel launches corporate menus for Farnborough 2012.

Tuesday 1st May 2012

In the run up to Farnborough Airshow 2012, Aviator, the sleek, designer hotel which forms an integral part of the TAG Farnborough Airport offering, has just released its corporate hospitality menus for this summer's event.

The new menus feature a brasserie style selection of dishes designed to appeal to aviation executives and corporates wishing to entertain business associates during the show. The all-inclusive menu features an array of dishes such as Seared Hand Dived Scallops and Devon Crab with White Radish, Sweetcorn and Ginger Dressing, Pan Fried Black Sea Bass with Shaved Fennel Salad and Razor Clam Sauce Vierge, whilst the Fillet of Beef Forestiere with Buttered Spinach offers a meaty alternative. The menus will be available from £175 per person including champagne on arrival, lunch, afternoon tea and wines, beers, and summer cocktails until late afternoon.

Clients who select to host their business associates in the dining room will also enjoy the benefits of a table reserved exclusively for them on the hotel terrace. From here they will have uninterrupted views of the daily air display. For 2012 table hosts can invite from two to ten guests to enjoy the Aviator hospitality, reserve the private dinning room or larger parties can book meeting rooms to host special dinners or events pre, post or during the Airshow.

Brasserie guests are also entitled to complementary parking subject to availability and are issued with dedicated VIP passes which allow ease of access to the Airshow exhibitors via a private hotel entrance that sits adjacent to the main Farnborough entrance. Located just 100 metres from the hotel via a private pathway this speeds up access making the Aviator a convenient base for businesses that need a presence for a limited number of days but don't want to commit to a full-on stand or chalet.

Whilst Farnborough Airshow focuses predominantly on the military and commercial sectors, business aviation is an increasingly important part of the show landscape. In 2010 alongside international commercial aviation companies maximising the private dining rooms, Aviator hosted a high number of business aviation clients at its Brasserie tables.

"Farnborough Airport is Europe's only dedicated executive aviation airport so a high number of our regular clients originate from this community, and make the most of our services throughout the week.

During 2010 Aviator became a real business aviation hub and we anticipate this year will replicate that as guests experienced the benefit of our proximity to the show," says Michael Helling General Manager of the hotel. TAG Farnborough will be hosting all their corporate hospitality at the hotel alongside major companies including international aviation finance houses, legal firms, and other aerospace industry executives.

"This year we are receiving an increased number of requests from all sectors of the aviation market, and are particularly attractive for companies who need a convenient stylish location to host their clients. Aviator provides a great option for corporate hospitality within a stone's throw of the main exhibition area."

Elise Roberts Director of Sales and Marketing for the hotel will be available at EBACE 2012 on the TAG Airport Booth 7020 to discuss more about the corporate hospitality options at this year's Air Show.
