UAS International Trip Support (UAS), a global provider of aviation support services, has unveiled SkyX, a next-generation AI-powered trip feasibility agent integrated into its GTMx digital trip management platform.
Introduced at NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas, SkyX represents a significant milestone in UAS’s digital transformation journey, combining more than 25 years of international aviation expertise with artificial intelligence to support faster, better-informed operational decisions.
As international business aviation continues to evolve, operators face growing complexity. Airspace restrictions, changing regulatory requirements, airport limitations and geopolitical developments can all affect a mission before flight planning even begins.
According to WINGX industry data published by NBAA, international business jet and turboprop flights increased by 2.5% in 2025, highlighting the continued growth of cross-border aviation activity and the importance of effective international trip management.
Mohammed Husary, Executive President of UAS International Trip Support, commented:
“AI has the potential to fundamentally change how business aviation operates. For UAS, the priority is turning that potential into real operational value.
“SkyX is an important step in our digital transformation journey, bringing together our global expertise and intelligent technology to support better decisions from the outset of every mission.”
Addressing one of international aviation’s most important challenges
Before an international flight can be planned, operators must first establish whether the proposed mission is feasible. This involves assessing multiple operational considerations, often across different countries, information sources and regulatory environments.
SkyX introduces a more intelligent approach to this critical stage.
Integrated directly into GTMx, the AI-powered agent enables aviation professionals to describe a proposed mission in natural language and receive an initial feasibility assessment, bringing together relevant operational requirements, potential constraints and destination-specific considerations.
By simplifying access to this intelligence, SkyX aims to reduce the complexity of initial assessments, improve operational visibility and help operators move more confidently towards mission planning.
Shumaila Batool, Head of Business Technology and Product at UAS International Trip Support, said:
“Trip feasibility is one of the most complex stages of international flight operations. With SkyX, we’re applying AI to simplify that process, bringing critical operational considerations together in a more intuitive and accessible way.
“It’s about giving aviation professionals greater clarity earlier, while keeping human expertise at the centre of decision-making.”
SkyX is being introduced in beta, allowing UAS to gather feedback from aviation professionals and further develop its capabilities. The AI-powered agent complements professional expertise, with detailed flight planning, regulatory verification and final operational decisions remaining under human oversight.
Part of a broader vision for intelligent aviation
SkyX builds on the recent introduction of GTMx, UAS’s next-generation digital trip management platform, and represents one milestone in a broader technology roadmap.
With further innovations in development, UAS continues to expand its digital ecosystem, bringing AI, automation and operational expertise closer together to support the evolving needs of business aviation.
Visitors to NBAA-BACE 2026, taking place 20–22 October, can experience live SkyX demonstrations at UAS Booth 4135, Las Vegas Convention Center.
UAS also plans to showcase SkyX at the MEBAA Show in Dubai in December.
Before you plan the mission, know what’s possible.
