Germany-headquartered FAI Aviation Group is bolstering its activity across Russia and the CIS region, by launching a series of customer-focused events. The first event took place on 14 July when Victor Rudnow, Director of Business Development, Russia and the CIS for FAI "opened" the FAI Aircraft Showroom.

During an all day event Rudnov invited brokers, partners and his extensive network of business aviation contacts, to view the FAI flagship aircraft, the Bombardier Global Express, D-AXTM, at Moscow's Vnukovo-3 airport. This first event was specifically organised to showcase the full capabilities of the FAI Fleet, which includes VIP, medevac, and special mission charter, utilizing a range of Bombardier aircraft types from a Learjet 55 through to the flagship 14-seat Global Express. The event attracted existing broker clients, and introduced potential new clients and partners to the services on offer.

Guests were welcomed by members of the full flight crew, as well as by Rudnov. Commenting on the day he said:  "We were extremely pleased to see so much interest from our guests. It is great to welcome not only current, but also new brokerage customers who have a variety of needs, and now understand we have a range of aircraft to fulfill their requests. Many hadn't realized just how much versatility we have across our fleet of 20 aircraft.

During the event guests were given a full cabin tour of the stylish Global Express whilst enjoying FAI's own distinctive catering. "This is the first in a series of events we plan to arrange which will ensure customers and brokers have a clear understanding of the value of our service. We timed it just ahead of the summer season when many Russians will be flying to their preferred holiday destinations.  Nice, the Greek Islands and Southern Spain are particularly popular destinations, and our jets can easily transport the whole family and associated luggage in style and comfort."

The next customer event will be associated with the annual JetExpo conference which takes place in September at the dedicated business aviation location Vnukovo-3 airport.
