Meet On Air Dining's CEO, Daniel Hulme and Executive Chef, Colin Barnett who will lead a half-hour culinary demonstration showcasing the cutting edge food plating system and modern styling for which On Air Dining is so well known.

Taste delicious dishes such as Miso Braised Cod with Sesame Bok Choy and Shitake Broth; Filet of Beef with Horseradish Chips and Tomato Fondue; Seared Yellowfin Tuna Niçoise with Soft-boiled Quails Eggs and Fennel Mayonnaise; Heritage Tomato Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Baby Basil and Aged Balsamic; Rose Water Poached Rhubarb and Custard Cream and Cherry and Chocolate Mille Feuille.
