On Air Dining, one of the world's leading inflight dining experience providers, and Gama Aviation will be delivering the first-ever live culinary demonstrations to take place at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE), during the show in Geneva this month. Daniel Hulme, CEO, On Air Dining and Colin Barnett, Executive Chef, On Air Dining will lead the half-hour culinary demonstrations at 11am and 2pm each day.

Hulme has teamed up with Gama Aviation, one of the globe's leading business aviation service providers, to enable the first ever, live culinary demonstration. He comments: "We are extremely excited to be pioneering live demonstrations at EBACE as it perfectly reflects the innovative nature of our business. We anticipate that flight attendants, business jet operators, corporate flight departments and aircraft brokers looking to enhance their inflight dining provision will be interested in attending the sessions." On Air Dining has worked with Gama Aviation for some time.  Its presence on the Gama Aviation booth perfectly reflects the interactive nature of the business.

This presents the perfect opportunity to show case the quality of one of our exceptional partners and how they assist us to deliver 'the Gama Way' inflight."

The culinary team will showcase the cutting edge food plating system and modern styling for which On Air Dining is so well known. A total of six delicious dishes including two each of starters, main courses and desserts will be showcased.
