Jost Lammers adds:  "We are very pleased to announce Kam's promotion to CCO. A very popular figure in the industry, he brings an enormous amount of skill and commercial experience to the role and has thoroughly proved himself at BUD. Our decision to streamline our management structure will enable more emphasis to be placed on our commercial operations for the ultimate benefit of the customer. The new structure should help create more services for our passengers and create an ideal environment for the expansion of the business."
