Vertis Aviation adds two additional ultra-long range jet aircraft to fleet Global XRS and Airbus ACJ 319 to be operated by K5 Aviation.

Switzerland-based Vertis Aviation, part of the independently owned aviation business the 28 East Group, today announced a significant expansion to its exclusively marketed charter fleet with the addition of two new aircraft. The Airbus A319 Corporate Jet and the Bombardier Global XRS will be exclusively marketed and available for charter through Vertis Aviation AG from 1 August 2013. The aircraft, which are based at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, will strengthen Vertis' offering for its Russian client base.

The 2012 Airbus which is configured with 19 seats recently won the award for 'Best Private Jet Design' at the 2013 International Yacht and Aviation Awards for its stylish interior which features neutral tones flowing through the cabin, lie flat business class beds and in seatback large TV screens. In addition an 'L' shaped sofa views one of the largest TV screens in the sky making the perfect family relaxation area. The six seat dining area leads on to he bedroom featuring a large double bed that can be converted to two singles, and leads through to an en-suite bathroom. With a range of 5,000 nm, it is luxuriously appointed and versatile interior, this elite aircraft is as well suited for heads of state and government travel as it is for families looking to travel in style.

The 2010 Bombardier Global XRS features a classically designed, spacious interior with 12 seats in a standard double club configuration. A full communications suite features internet access, Wi-Fi connectivity along with a full IFE system. The aft cabin features two single sofas that face each other so adding to passenger comfort, both of which can be used as single beds.

Both of the privately owned jets will be operated by one of Vertis' existing operating partners, Germany-headquartered K5-Aviation GmbH. The operator offers aircraft management and charter services with a focus on Airbus and Bombardier long-range aircraft. The two new aircraft will join its existing Airbus A319 Corporate Jet and a Bombardier Global Express supporting its mission to operate a small number of aircraft types.

The two additional aircraft will join the long range charter fleet which Vertis markets exclusively on behalf of its operating partners and features an existing Airbus A319 Corporate Jet, a Bombardier Global Express, Dassault Falcon 7X and a Global XRS.
