PremiAir Global Bolsters UK Aircraft Sales Team
Tuesday 30th November, 2010
PremiAir Global, the aircraft sales and brokerage specialist and part of UK aviation services business PremiAir, has appointed two new Aircraft Sales Managers - Craig Lammiman and Gordon Potter - as it moves to focus increased activity on the fixed wing pre-owned business aircraft market in addition to its well established executive helicopter services. The appointments are effective immediately with both Craig and Gordon being based at PremiAir Global’s offices in the main terminal building at Farnborough Airport.
Craig Lammiman has been running his own aircraft brokerage company, JetConcept, for the last three years, specialising in the business jet market and is delighted to now be part of a large established aviation services business. Craig comes from a strong aviation background with many members of his family working in aviation.
Gordon Potter joins PremiAir Global from Patriot Aviation where he headed the company’s helicopter sales department for four years. Prior to that, Gordon worked in the automobile industry selling a range of prestige car marques.
PremiAir established PremiAir Global in 2008 to offer the company’s wide network of clients a specialist team of advisors able to assist with selling aircraft. With more than 30 years of aircraft management, operations and maintenance experience this was a natural addition to PremiAir’s range of aviation services.
“Gordon and Craig fully understand the complexities of the aircraft sales business. They both have major drive and ambition and I look forward to working with them in driving our aircraft sales business forward,” said PremiAir’s Group Managing Director David McRobert.
PremiAir Global provides clients with expertise on every aspect of aircraft purchase – from identifying the best aircraft type for a client; sourcing the right aircraft on or off the market; carrying out full aircraft inspections and technical assessments; assisting legal teams with aviation specific legal matters; guidance on the import/export process post purchase; or design work, installations and modifications to aircraft on anything from paint schemes to interior options, entertainment systems and avionics upgrades.
At present PremiAir Global is looking to source a number of private jets and VIP helicopters for private clients based in the UK and overseas. These include a Gulfstream G450, a Challenger 605, and a Citation Sovereign, as well as a Eurocopter EC135 and Bell 429. The company’s helicopter sales portfolio currently includes a selection of Agusta A109 Grand and Power models, Bell 222’s, Sikorsky S76’s, two Eurocopter AS365N3 Dauphins, a Eurocopter EC155 and a limited edition Eurocopter EC135 “Hermes”. Latest additions to PremiAir’s fixed wing listings include a 2003 Citation CJ1, two Beechcraft Premier 1A’s, a Hawker 900XP and 5 Beechcraft King Air B200’s. PremiAir Global looks forward to introducing further aircraft to the marketplace in the near future to continually grow their sales portfolio, as well as providing an excellent service to both buyers and sellers alike.
