PremiAir enjoys successful Farnborough week

PremiAir, the UK’s largest executive helicopter operating and charter company has experienced an extremely busy flying schedule this week, owing to the success of its Farnborough shuttle service.

The 60th Farnborough Airshow, the industry’s second largest worldwide aviation gathering, which will continue until July 20th, expects to attract up to 300,000 visitors. So far, PremiAir has operated over 40 trips between The London Heliport and Farnborough, with more than 160 senior aerospace executives avoiding the road congestion by taking advantage of PremiAir’s quick and stress-free way of getting in and out of Farnborough.

PremiAir’s return shuttle trips are operated by Eurocopter AS355 Twin Squirrel and Sikorsky 76 VIP helicopters, with executive seating between four and nine passengers. The trip takes approximately 20 minutes each way from the London Heliport, which is managed and operated by PremiAir.

Earlier this month, PremiAir announced the formation of a new aircraft sales business; PremiAir Global. This new PremiAir division, based at Farnborough Airport, is an aircraft sales and brokerage specialist, focused on acquiring and selling new and used helicopters and business jets. The addition of PremiAir Global’s services enables PremiAir to provide clients with a fully integrated sales, brokerage, operations, maintenance and management service for rotary and fixed-wing aircraft.
