With three months to go until the Farnborough Air Show, Aviator, the sleek, contemporary design hotel owned by TAG Group of Companies, has just a limited number of rooms available for trade visitors and exhibitors. Guests checking in for the week of 17th July benefit from a private fast track entrance to the show, plus a complimentary car parking space. Rates for bed and breakfast begin from £199 per night Friday to Sunday, whilst there are a selection of offers varying according to length of stay from Monday to Thursday.

“For exhibitors and visitors who want the ultimate convenience and comfort of being in situ for the duration of the show this is a very attractive option. Staying at the Aviator helps guests avoid the inevitable traffic congestion, and the inflated prices of London hotels,” said General Manager Michael Helling. Luxurious bedrooms and suites with king size beds and Egyptian linen feature all the comforts of an executive hotel, including complimentary wiFi and 24/7 room service. The hotel also boasts high quality business services, two stylish bars and a contemporary brasserie with food prepared by acclaimed head chef Allan Pickett. All services are complemented by sincere hospitality from a team of polished hotel professionals.

This year for the first time Aviator is offering an innovative range of corporate hospitality packages in its “A chalet without a chalet,” concept. Exclusive entertaining packages, hosted lunches and afternoon teas are all to be enjoyed, whilst meetings and important appointments can be held in private meeting rooms with full business facilities.

“Aviator’s various hospitality packages have been designed to offer all the exclusivity of a hospitality chalet – but without the client having to incur the expense and commitment of having someone run it for them,” said Helling. TAG Farnborough Airport, as a first this year, has chosen Aviator to entertain its clients during the week.

All Aviator’s meeting rooms and bars are available as bespoke chalets or for exclusive corporate entertaining days. Tables at its popular Brasserie restaurant are being booked for lunch and tea, in a package that includes entrance tickets to the show and a corresponding outside terrace table to watch the daily air display. A table for up to 14 people is available at a cost of £375 per person Monday to Friday (£150 at the weekend).

Since opening two years ago Aviator has quickly become an international destination due to the unique proposition of the hotel and its proximity to Farnborough airport facilities. It has become a firm favourite with leading businesses in the area including BAE Systems, FlightSafety International, QinetiQ, TAG, Nokia, Novartis and CSC. Aviator has also played host to successful product launches for the likes of Estee Lauder, Vertu, Cadbury and Audi where the team at the hotel were able to work in partnership with the airport team to check a group of press in at the hotel for the ultimate and seamless jet experience.
