Eryl Crump

Eryl Crump is an international aviation writer and photographer, based in North Wales.

Using the very latest in digital photographic equipment, Eryl captures the action at airports in the UK, Europe and beyond. He has considerable experience as a photographer at conferences, meetings and corporate sporting events.

Aviation editors have commented that Eryl has an eye for the unusual angle and a shot that makes his photographs stand out from the more mundane.

His interest in aviation first started when Folland Gnats and Hawker Hunters from RAF Valley buzzed his family home in Snowdonia on training sorties in the 1960s. Recording details turned to taking photographs and writing about aircraft, especially air transport and general aviation in the late 1980s when Eryl also obtained a PPL.

Now living within the circuit pattern of Valley's relief landing ground at Mona, he pens hundreds of words each week for a variety of aviation magazines, newspapers and online websites world-wide.

Richard Lane

Over the past three years Richard has been Web Editor for the prestigious Lancet medical journal, and introduced weekly podcasting services for the Lancet and its daughter journals in early 2006. The Lancet podcast 'Listen to The Lancet' is listened to by over 10,000 people worldwide every week and is available from Apple's iTunes podcast directory.
