JetCorp Technical Services Inc has begun maintenance work on its 35th Challenger 300 aircraft.

Tuesday 30th October 2012

Maintenance work on the aircraft began in September and will include a full 96-month inspection, interior refurbishment, and new exterior paint.

Uniquely JetCorp's MRO business stays open 24 hours seven days a week running three JetCorp Technical Services begins work on 35th Challenger 300 shifts on the maintenance, repair and overhaul activity. This has been integral in supporting the reputation it has gained for expertise in working on the Challenger 300 fleet with over 1,300 work orders opened over the last five years on the Challenger 300 aircraft.

During this time JetCorp has completed four of the intensive 96-month inspections which entail an exhaustive and comprehensive review of the entire aircraft. These in-depth types of inspection are carried out by Jetcorp's factory trained technicans and have helped make it one of the most respected and experienced global service providers for the Challenger 300. In conjunction with these major inspections Jetcorp has also positioned itself as a Bombardier authorized airframe and interior Warranty provider for the Challenger 300 ensuring all customer requests can be carried out at one convenient location.

In 2011 JetCorp completed a Supplemental Type Certificate to install and implement WiFi on the Challenger 300 so complementing similar STCs it holds for Wi-Fi implementations across a range of Bombardier aircraft types including the Challenger 604, Challenger 605, Challenger 300 and Learjet 60. This makes it one of the North America's leading Wi-Fi installation facilities for business aircraft.

Troy Funk, Vice President, Jetcorp Technical Services., said: "We are delighted to reach this milestone as it reinforces our reputation as a first class maintenance, repair and overhaul facility. Backed by our team of highly qualified technicians and full spectrum maintenance facilities, we look forward to further developing this sector of our business."
