On Air Dining bolsters customer facing team with two new appointments

On Air Dining, the elite culinary service that provides a fine dining experience in the air is bolstering its customer facing team with the addition of two new recruits. Guillaume Pourquie now holds the position of Sales and Marketing Manager, whilst Lydia Steibl has been appointed as Client Services Manager. Both roles are effective immediately. Guillaume and Lydia will work closely together to meet the needs of On Air Dining's demanding customers to ensure they have a seamless experience from initial contact to client delivery. They will also support the expansion of the recently launched On Air Interiors product range.

Guillaume brings a unique skillset to the role with experience in sales and marketing within the luxury and high net worth industry having been responsible for developing the commercial business for leading luxury kitchen surfaces company, Cosentino. Using his understanding of the demands of the elite he managed the flagship Knightsbridge store of luxury home appliance company Sub-Zero Wolf. Clients will also benefit from his understanding of the fine dining experience as he completed a diploma in hospitality and sales management at the French Culinary School, Lycée Hotelier Saint Anne in St Nazaire. Guillaume is multilingual with fluency in English, French, Italian and Spanish; and is currently studying Russian. He enjoys motor sport and is studying for his Private Pilot's License (PPL).

Austrian born, Lydia brings a strong understanding of business aviation catering and client services to the role having most recently held the position of Senior Catering Co-ordinator at business aviation charter operator VistaJet. Underpinned by previous roles as a Global Marketing Assistant, and then Business Travel and Crew Manager, at Airfix Aviation Ltd Lydia is an expert in logistics so is well positioned to facilitate the complex service requirements of both passengers and crew alike. Lydia is bilingual in English and German and holds a Tourism and Hospitality Management degree from the esteemed Swiss private establishment, Tourism School Bad Leonfelden.
