Swiss-based Vertis Aviation, part of the independently owned aviation company 28 East Group, will be making its debut exhibition appearance at this year's National Business Aviation Association, NBAA 2014, meeting to be held in Orlando, Florida between 20-24 October. With a presence on Booth no 2279 Vertis will be promoting its elite portfolio of Ultra Long Range jets to delegates looking for a boutique charter offering.

Marking its fourth anniversary at the end of October Vertis Aviation now markets seven premium ultra-long range, large cabin aircraft.  Two of these, an Airbus ACJ319 with an award winning interior created by renowned designer Tim Callies, and a Bombardier Global XRS, are based at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, and regularly serve trans-Atlantic routes with the popular destinations of Miami, New York, and Los Angeles featuring highly on their route plans. Neil Turnbull, COO for Vertis notes there continues to be a high demand for these two aircraft owing to their versatile interiors and flexible long-range performance.  These jets also frequently fly into Abu Dhabi and Beijing, and Vertis anticipates they will be extremely popular with the sector of the US market looking for elite aircraft for long-range leisure travel.

Vertis will also promote the highly desirable Gulfstream G650, which joined the Vertis portfolio earlier this year.  Vertis was the first European company to market the new aircraft type in Europe and has seen it become popular with the sector requiring regular access between European capital's and East Coast destinations of the Americas such as New York, Miami and the Caribbean islands. "The aircraft has predominantly been used for leisure flights and is an ideal aircraft for serving the Americas from Europe. It was particularly popular during the World Cup, and we have seen celebrities, government leaders, heads of state and royalty make the most of its exceptional speed and unique three-cabin configuration," says Turnbull.

To encourage delegates to visit the booth Vertis will be hosting a competition to give away an iPhone 6 Plus. Delegates will take away a USB stick and follow online instructions to enter into a draw. "We know that delegates get overloaded with brochures and information and we just thought it would be a little bit different for delegates to have the chance to win something useful. The latest iPhone is state-of-the-art, stylish and easy to use so reflects important elements of our service," says Neil Turnbull, 'We are looking forward to our first outing as an exhibitor at NBAA and expect to make great new contacts, rekindle existing relationships and greet those that have shown interest in our aircraft."

Vertis also markets a Bombardier Global 6000, a Dassault Falcon 7X and a second Airbus Corporate Jet. It is anticipated that the large cabin, long range fleet will be well received by customers from the USA looking for a company that pays particular attention to detail and understands the demands of North American service requirements. In addition to its Swiss base Vertis has offices in the heart of London's exclusive Kensington District and in the Free Zone of Dubai World Central. It also has partners in the USA and will be announcing new office locations and additional aircraft in the coming months.
