Appoints Juan Carlos Serna as Business Development Manager.

Alison Price On Air, the executive jet in-flight experience provider is marking the beginning of its fourth year of operations, with its best performance yet. Its first quarter figures for 2013 demonstrated a 70% growth year on year with net profit doubling.  The business growth has been  driven by an expanding customer base and geographical diversification. Alison Price On Air now has over 150 customers on the roster, is serving aircraft from a host of new destinations, with particular growth coming from the African and South American sectors.

Building on this momentum, Alison Price On Air has appointed Juan Carlos Serna to the newly created role of Business Development Manager, effective immediately. Working alongside Daniel Hulme, Managing Director of Alison Price On Air and reporting directly to him, Juan Carlos will be responsible for driving the business further forward in developing and expanding new client business opportunities.

Juan Carlos brings over 20 years' highly relevant professional senior sales and business development experience to the role having worked previously in the luxury goods sector for Gieves and Hawkes, Polo Ralph Lauren and Mulberry at Harrods where he was responsible for VVIP clients including the Royal Family. He was subsequently Head of Sales at The Music Room in Mayfair, London where he secured over 700 events for the sought after venue. Most recently, he served as Business Development Director at Altitude Millbank where he was instrumental in arranging the sale of the 35,000 sq.ft. sky high, London venue to De Vere Venues.

The new summer menu is also stimulating a rise in orders with innovative dishes such as Treacle Cured Salmon, Crispy Skinned Halibut and a modern version of an Eton Mess all proving popular, whilst signature dish The Tuna Nicoise continues to be a favourite.  The dishes utilise Alison Price On Air's revolutionary fine dining system tailored for the aviation industry and retain its high level of produce. Designed by Head Chef, Jamie Cairns, the new menu is available immediately on all private flights from all London Airports. The new summer menu will sit alongside Alison Price On Air's recently launched Brasserie style menu as well as its a la carte fine dining menu, bespoke dishes selection and the private chef in the sky.
